Refund policy

Return Policy 
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or grant a full refund to the original method of payment. You have seven (7)  days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return. Unfortunately, if seven  (7) days have passed since the delivery date, we can’t accept your return. 
What we ask from you: 
• Return the product to its original packaging 
• Return shipment must be initiated and arranged within 7 days upon receipt • Your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it undamaged and (tags must be attached) 
• Shipping cost is nonrefundable 
• Customer is responsible for shipment cost associated with the returned item(s). • PUPPY SWAGG will not be held responsible for any damages or loss occurred during your return shipment process. We highly recommend that you use a postal service with a tracking option to track your return parcel. 
Exchange Process 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you on the receipt of items and the approval or rejection of your exchange request. We do not offer  exchange for used items. 
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed. 
Please allow up to 7 working days for us to process the exchange once the returned items arrived at our warehouse. 
Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.

Order Cancellation 
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please send us an email  to support@puppyswagg.com within 1 hour of the completed sales transaction. We will  make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been  processed, we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled.
